FAQs

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. For breakfast and lunch catering, a minimum of 7 working days notice is required, subject to availability.

What areas do you deliver to?

I mainly deliver to Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas however can deliver further on request so please get in touch.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free!

How does delivery work?

I prepare, chill and deliver the food on the same day for optimum freshness.

The food is transported in insulated cool bags or boxes. On arrival, the food is unloaded and placed at a location of your choice. 

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, a minimum order value applies. Please get in touch for details based on your event size and location.

Can I customise my menu?

Absolutely. Menus can be tailored to suit your event and dietary requirements. Please note that menu changes or additions may affect pricing.

Do you provide allergen information?

When you receive your order, your meal will have a sticker to let you know if there are any allergens in your meal however if you have any questions, get in touch. I'm happy to help. 

We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary requirements. Please let us know when enquiring.

While we take care in preparing our food, our kitchen handles allergens. We cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

What time will my food be delivered?

Delivery times will be agreed in advance. For breakfast orders, early-morning delivery is available.

Do you provide staff or serving equipment?

Our catering is provided as drop-off delivery only. I am happy to present the food on the table for you as well. 

Cancellations

We understand that plans can sometimes change.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will not incur a charge.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a charge to cover food and preparation costs.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be charged in full, as ingredients will already have been purchased and preparation underway.
